ABSTRACT
The article reports on the acquisition of Allegro Medical by Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company's Scrip Products Corporation. Such acquisition will reportedly enable Scrip Products to expand its product line and web presence, being an Internet-based medical equipment distributor. The amount of acquisition was undisclosed but Livingstone, headed by David Sulaski, acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Scrip and Beecken in connection to the deal.
