The article announces the retention of J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as the financial services provider of hospice provider Skilled Healthcare Group Inc. The latter is reportedly eyeing a possible sale of either the entire company itself or part of its real estate assets. Skilled Healthcare's competitor Sun Healthcare Group Inc. is said to have made a similar move by divesting its real estate unit, Sabra Health Care REIT Inc., into a separate company in November 2010.
