ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the community-led library services provided by the Halifax Public Libraries to the rural community at Musquodoboit Harbour in Nova Scotia. It says that the community will be able to participate in identifying their information needs and to work together with the library staff to implement programs in addressing the needs. It also presents processes involved in the improvement of services provided by the staff.
