Looks at changes in workmen's compensation laws in the United States in 1972. Recommendations contained in the Report of the National Commission on State Workmen's Compensation Laws; Passage of amendments to the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act covering private employers in the District of Columbia; Increases in maximum weekly benefits for temporary total disability.
