ABSTRACT
The article discusses the importance of quality in the management services in Great Britain in March 2011. It says that the quality of management is of direct importance to contemporary concerns with issues like climate change and sustainability. According to the author, traditional or early quality sought to reduce variation through prescribed processes and standard offerings. The more demanding nature of customers, the use of statistical tools to improve the quality of physical products and the use of job support or performance tools to improve corporate performance and workgroup productivity are also discussed.
