ABSTRACT
The author discusses two important issues he observed while representing the Institute of Management Services (IMS) at the World Productivity Congress that was held in Turkey in November 2010, one of which relates to the presidency of the World Confederation of Productivity Science and the other one relates to the Fellowship received by IMS chairman David Blanchflower from the World Academy of Productivity Science.
