ABSTRACT
The author discusses various issues related to management services in Great Britain in March 2011. He says that the website of the Institute of Management Services (IMS) plays a key role in communicating what the organization is all about. He adds that the website communicates the institute's need for productivity improvement to the world at large. He also discusses the Coalition Government's commitment to improve quality, innovation, prevention and productivity (QIPP), which aims to make quality the focus of the health service.
