The article focuses on "enCompass," a marketing strategy and multi-channel campaign execution program launched by the financial industries Harland Financial Solutions and Harland Clark. It says that the program, which uses business intelligence to develop a creative strategy, was aimed at increasing the growth of credit unions (CUs) by nourishing the relationship with old members.
