The article discusses the six key attributes identified as the characteristics of an effective leader which include having enthusiasm, integrity, and the ability to communicate well with his subordinates. It states that integrity is the number one characteristic of an effective leader. It notes that a good leader is a true believer who can convey his enthusiasm not only through lively talks but also leading by example.
