ABSTRACT
The article offers the author's insights on the efficiency of executive order (EO) issued by U.S. President Barack Obama requiring federal agencies to review and revise federal regulations that potentially hinder economic growth. The author says that the order encourages agencies to identify performance objectives towards greater flexibility. However, the author argues that some of the provisions in the new EO are challenging to implement despite of federal government's sufficient resources.
