It says that government consumption is predicted to reduce by 0.1% in 2011 as the fiscal austerity programme of the administration continues, while levels of industrial production are expected to increase. It notes that inflation is expected to average 2.4% in 2011, which will continue to deteriorate the disposable income of households.
