In the article the author highlights the Energise For Excellence in Care (E4E) programme for quality improvement, which can help nurses improve care practices and patient services through one central website. She mentions the website was developed to help nurses review understand key indicators for their ward. It is also mentioned that the E4E website offers techniques and ideas to mobilise teams and engage in good practice.
