ABSTRACT
The article reports that single-family home sales in New Hampshire rose by 7.4% in February 2011, but the median price for the said homes fell by 7.5% from 200,000 dollars in February 2010 to 185,000 dollars in February 2011, as being noted in the data released by the New Hampshire Association of Realtors.
