ABSTRACT
The temperature dependent spectra collected for a mixture of β-lactoglobulin A and B dissolved in phosphate buffer were analyzed using dynamic filtering of the generalized 2D-IR correlation algorithm. This methodology provided information along the temperature coordinate where the largest spectral variations occur. These signatures were used to locate unique state to state transitions at 50 °C, 65 °C, and 73 °C. © 2000 American Institute of Physics.
