ABSTRACT
Les Documents de Strat�gie de R�duction de la Pauvret� pr�voient, dans l'ensemble, peu de dispositions pour faire face � l'instabilit� �conomique et pr�tent peu attention aux options macro-�conomiques, en �chelonnant les d�penses publiques de r�duction de la pauvret� � la hausse. � l'aide de mod�les d'�quilibre g�n�ral, cet article �value ces options dans les cas de la Bolivie, du Honduras et du Nicaragua, en rendant compte de l'impact de la crise �conomique mondiale. L'analyse montre que non seulement la crise cr�e des entraves s�rieuses � la r�alisation des objectifs de r�duction de la pauvret� et autres OMDs, mais qu'elle augmente sensiblement le co�t des strat�gies permettant de r�aliser ces objectifs. �tant donn�es les contraintes locales de financement, une aide au d�veloppement suppl�mentaire, non cr�atrice de dettes, sera n�cessaire pour financer les strat�gies et �viter une augmentation insurmontable de la dette publique dans les trois pays. Ce constat est pr�occupant eu �gard � la d�pendance existante de ces pays � l'aide internationale et leurs relations complexes avec les donateurs. R�duire cette d�pendance ne sera probablement possible qu'� moyen terme et n�cessitera un meilleur alignement des politiques macro-�conomiques sur les objectifs de d�veloppement � long terme.
