It states that the advancement of technology to provide mobile access to familiar features such as a Drug Finder and Urgent Care Finder on its website is the initial strategy of HealthNAV. Moreover, HealthNAV allow users to research and save information regarding the cheaper drug choices and direct access to customer service in their mobile phones.
