The article reports that Engineering Solutions & Products Inc. (ESP), a military service provider, will soon be acquired by Berkshire Partners after the latter got an early termination under the Hart Scott Rodino waiting period, according to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Berkshire has been said to have offered 182.5 million U.S. dollars for ESP. About 140 million U.S. dollars of the amount is believed to have come from senior secured loans arranged by Bank of America Merrill Lynch and KKR Capital Markets.
