McAfee Gives Boost Its Database Protection Unit

This article reports on the plan of McAfee to acquire the database security business Sentrigo in 2011. The software company announced the deal after completing its Series C financing round. Sentrigo will become a part of the risk and compliance business unit of McAfee once the deal is complete. Sentrigo chose Goodwin Procter for legal advice in the transaction.
