The article reports on the sale of a 361-million-dollar general obligation (GO) bond by the Miami-Dade County in Florida which consist of bonds from the county's Building Better Communities program, parks, and seaport by the end of March 2011, after Commissioner Natacha Seijas and County Mayor Carlos Alvarez were ousted on a recall election.
