ABSTRACT
The article discusses ways on how employers in Great Britain can avoid employing illegal foreign workers. It notes that under the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006, employers who will be found to have illegally employed alien workers will face a civil penalty reaching 10,000 pounds per illegal alien.
