The article offers information on the benefits of the virtual benefits fair of Affiliated Computer Services Inc. in allowing employees to take ownership of their health care options in the U.S. It states that the initiative provides employees access to human resource (HR) support and helps the company eliminate the fixed costs associated with enrollment.
