ABSTRACT
The article reports on the recommendations of U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack who wants farm groups to set aside issues and concentrate on imparting the message about the impact agriculture has on all sectors in the country. It notes that Vilsack urged Republican members of the Congress to reconsider their measures to regulate spending. It mentions the Commodity Classic's meeting wherein Vilsack delivered a keynote address to farmers and other members of the agriculture community.
