The article offers information on French Quarter Festival, a jazz music festival held in New Orleans. Louisiana. There is no admission charge for visitors. One will not find international pop stars like Arcade Fire, Bon Jovi, the Neville Brothers. Singers are mainly from nearby localities. There are stages primarily devoted to Cajun music, brass bands, zydeco, funk and Latin music.
