The article reports on the petition filed by the U.S. Wire Rod Producers Coalition for the alleged avoidance of antidumping duty order of carbon and alloy steel wire rod producers Deacero SA de CV and Ternium Mexico SA de CV in Mexico. It reports on the charges filed by the U.S. Wire Rod Producers Coalition for alterations in wire rods. It also discusses the scope and anti-circumvention provisions of the country.
