The article presents the impact of change coach system in productivity and engagement of Lloydspharmacy. 50 workers are trained in change coaching through interactive theatre and cognitive behavioural therapy to enhance their confidence and communication capabilities. The trained change coaches, which have increased optimum stock levels by 33 percent, have caused Lloydspharmacy to save millions of pounds worth of costs.
