ABSTRACT
The article discusses the imposition of monthly usage caps and additional data overage fees on wireline broadband customers by AT&T Inc. It says that the maximum uploaded or downloaded data is 150 Gigabytes (GB) while a 10 dollar fee will be billed for 50 GB that is beyond the caps.
