ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's insights regarding real-time marketing issues in banking. He mentions that real-time marketing is facing technological and business challenges. He discusses the real-time marketing software as a software (SaaS) model, the Toovio Interaction Manager develop by Toovio which offers real-tome marketing service for customer, cross selling, and retention offers. Joshua Smith of Toovio says that the software is also suited for the real-time marketing of bigger banks.
