ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the author's technique "Back to the Future Backscatter Reduction Technique" to solve the problems on backscatter of the underwater images and to keep the good quality of images' pixel. It discusses the step-by-step instructions for the technique which start by zooming the image in the ratio of 100%. The author says that the testing the technique many time could be effective way to reduce backscatter.
