ABSTRACT
The article reports that in March 2011, Tessco Technologies signed an agreement with GE to produce Positive Train Control (PTC) products, and that GE Transportation reaffirmed an agreement it made with the Chinese Ministry of Railways in January to come up with high speed trains meant to be sold in the U.S. market.
