The article reports that on January 19, 2011, the Saudi Railways Organization (SRO) created a 30-year-plan to improve the country's railway service, setting aside 5.2 million riyals to create two routes between the capital at Riyadh and the port of Dammam, which will be built by the Fayez Žuhair, the German Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GTZ), and Dornier.
