ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the promotion of Canada Health Infoway Inc. for the access of patients and physicians to electronic medical records (EMRs). Chief technology officer Dennis Giokas addressed that the access of patients to health records will change health care delivery and the way of payment to physicians. It says that Infoway has invested more to connect patients to medical records and physicians as well as allotted a budget of 45 million dollars to improve the consumer health solutions.
