ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the success of the Regional Advanced Manufacturing Center (RCAM) as a training program in New Hampshire. The success of the center depends on a collaborative effort between different education levels and a manufacturing business community that has the tenacity to survive and thrive in the Monadnock Region. The educational partners of RCAM work with businesses to create curricula to offer educational pathways that cater the need of the business community.
