ABSTRACT
The article reports on the judgment by Florida Federal District Court Judge Roger Vinson against the entire law of Affordable Care Act in the U.S. The court ruling of Judge Vinson stresses the need of voluntary actions of individuals to be involved in the Congress' plan to regulate economic activity. He views the individual mandate as crucial to the aim of the legislation, however, it may result to economic inactivity. Moreover, oppositions to Judge Vinson's ruling are also mentioned.
