Nylon fiber accounts for 47% of the global market and nylon resin 26%. World consumption of this product stands at about 2.8m tonnes/year. Due to the increased prices of benzene, prices of ADA have also risen sharply. Tecnon OrbiChem Ltd. forecasts global growth at 4.0-4.5% per year mainly in the Asian market.
