The article discusses the medical case of a 62-year-old man who underwent endoscopic approach to seal an esophagojejunostomy leak with fibrin glue. The medical history of the patient is given. An extended total gastrectomy with wedge resection of the liver and segmental resection of the transverse colon were performance on the patient due to direct cancer invasion of the left lateral lobe of the liver, the transverse colon and the pancreatic tail.
