ABSTRACT
The article offers information about the 6 U.S. dollar a share offer by Bel Fuse for Pulse Electronics, a reversal of the event in 2007 when it was Pulse Electronics, formerly Technitrol Inc., which was trying to buy Bel Fuse. Since then, Pulse Electronics sold its AMI Doduco electrical contact products group to Tinicum Capital Partners and JP Asia Capital and since 2009, there had been four executives taking the role of its chief executive officer. It is noted that Bel Fuse is being advised by Hedge Fund Solutions.
