ABSTRACT
The article reports that two former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. workers who were injured in a plant explosion on June 11, 2008 will file negligence case against the company. Raymond McInnis, a retired supervisor at the firm, filed a case the day after the explosion, in which other injured workers soon joined. Maria DeLeon and Claudia Caballero were among the six workers hurt in the explosion.
