ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the changing scenario of custom mixers in the rubber industry and prospects of the rubber industry. Custom mixers are the rubber industry's canary in the coalmines. Alttran Inc. weathered the recent global recession and is entering a new phase of growth. The biggest change in the custom mixing market is the purchase of Excel Polymers by Hexpol.
