ABSTRACT
The article reports on pharmaceutical companies' fraud and manipulation and their impact on psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers' ethical obligation. U.S. Senator Charles Grassley has reportedly exposed psychiatric opinion leaders for secretly and illegally taking large sums of money from drug companies in exchange for promoting their psychiatric drugs. The author provides a list of those involved, and concludes that psychiatrists, psychologists and social workers are ethically obliged to lead the way toward stopping the fraud.
