ABSTRACT
The article reports on the use of technology in distributing insurance products. It mentions that nontraditional insurance channels including cross-selling electronic commerce platforms and customer-facing portals are part of an effort of shifting sales focus of all-inclusive products to matching products to a specific market segment.
