The Palestinian Territories, or Palestine, is an area of land in the Middle East on the Mediterranean Sea. Palestine is formed by the West Bank of the Jordan River, the Gaza Strip, and Jericho. There was much conflict, or fighting, between Palestine and Israel during the 1900s.
