ABSTRACT
The article reports on the confiscation of unlicensed recordings including pirated compact discs and DVD-video discs by the state investigators in Delaware. The law states that selling of unauthorized recordings is a violation of the state Consumer Fraud Protection Act. Jane Brady, Delaware Attorney General, reported that several hundreds of bootleg CD and DVD recordings from a retailer was confiscated from the store called Jeremiah's Record Exchange Inc.
