ABSTRACT

A Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development "Employee Outlook" survey reveals that 46 percent of people have frozen salaries while 20 percent fear of their pay being cut by redundancies. Blackpool Council workers accept a voluntary salary reduction to cut mandatory redundancies.
