Follett Higher Ed. Launches College Textbook Rental Program

The article reports that Follett Higher Education Inc., book wholesaler and college bookstore operator of Follett Corp., plans to launch a textbook rental option at its bookstores on at least seven campuses in River Grove, Illinois. Follett tries the rental programs in the past on a small scale with little success but outlook for success is improved after the changes in higher education market. Also mentioned is the move of Follett to expand the program in January.
