The article reports on the possible changes on educational funding in Florida and Texas due to the proposed amendments on instructional material spending and the implementation of the textbook adoption. Schools will be required with 50 percent spending from the state's instructional material funding on digital materials. The Association of America Publishers will be supporting the bill since it also shortens its adoption cycle from six down to five years.
