ABSTRACT
The article explores the alternate energy sources in Pakistan. It discusses the significance of alternate energy including solar, wind, and geothermal energy in saving natural resources and in lowering carbon emissions and the great boom shown by countries including China, Spain, and the U.S. in producing energy from wind. It also notes that Pakistan has been far behind generation of electricity on wind energy and has yet to embark in generating renewable energy.
