ABSTRACT
The article informs about a nonprofit, now called VisionSpring, founded by optometrist Jordan Kassalow and Scott Berrie. It has been stated that the nonprofit relies heavily on charitable donations, despite having annual income of 290,000 dollar in 2010. 600,000 pairs of basic reading glasses have been sold by the netrwork of VisionSpring in seven countries including Bangladesh and India.
