ABSTRACT
The article profiles president David Olivencia of the Hispanics in IT Executive Council (HITEC). He is one of the most respected American Hispanic in technology in the U.S., who was also awarded with the Notre Dame Distinguished Alumni Award for his leadership at Oracle Corp. in 2006. Olivencia has been busy working on HITEC's mission on the effort to lead Hispanic Americans toward Information Technology (IT) by helping other reach the highest levels of success.
