ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the significance of great people in the success of business. According to Charles Schwab, the job of a leader was to attract and develop other leaders in which he learned to surround himself with people who shared his ambitions and more gifted than he was in important aspects of business. The article defined great people as good team players, concerned with what is right rather than who is right, and accept high levels of responsibility for the outcomes required of them.
