ABSTRACT
The article reports the utilization of payment analysis by Sandy Spring Bank for cross selling and marketing. Aiming to expand customer relationships and succeed over competitors, accordingly, the bank views the payments and customers' processes by the Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (FIS) banking technology. It adds that Sandy Spring had been able to match payments to credit, saving, and wealth management products while developing customer service sales and marketing strategies.
